For ventures and companies in Canada and the United States

Your business can be funded. We open the gates.

Grants, tax credits, loans and government contracts all have rules about who gets in. We find the ones standing between your company and that money, clear them with you, and prepare the application you file.

Tech fest offer. How it works

We start from your company, then open the gates.

  1. Check your company

Answer a few questions about your organisation. We read it against the published rules funders actually test. Anything you leave blank is recorded as unchecked, never as a pass.

  2. See what stands in your way

Each wall, how hard it is, and what clearing it would take. Free, and yours to keep.

  3. We match, clear and prepare

We match the funding to your company properly, help you clear the walls, and prepare the application you file.

The problem

You did everything right. It still came back no.

You found the programme. You wrote a strong proposal. You put weeks into it. It was declined.

So you wrote another, and another. A grant, a loan, a government contract, a pitch to investors. The answers came back no, and the few that gave a reason said very little.

You assumed it was the writing. Often it was not. It was something about the company itself: who owns it, how long it has existed, how many people it employs, what its accounts show, where the work is done. A rule you did not meet, settled before anyone read a word you wrote.

Every list starts from the money. Yours should start from you. Search sites tell you what is open. Writers write what you ask them for. Neither starts with your company and reads the rules against it, and that is the step that decides everything.

What there is

More doors than most companies think.

Governments fund and buy from small and medium businesses, not only large ones. Each kind below has its own rules about who gets in.

  • Grants

Money you do not pay back, for work a government wants done.

  • Tax credits

Money already earned on research and hiring, if you claim it.

  • Loans

Government-backed and development bank lending, each with its own test of who qualifies.

  • Government contracts

Government as your customer, with rules on who may bid.

  • Investors

Who invests at your stage, and what they check before they say yes.

  • Support programmes

Accelerators, incubators and advisory programmes, which turn companies away for being too early and for being too far along.

What we do

Bring us aboard, or just bring us the money question.

Path one

Your digital transformation partner

Iteranium works inside your business. We improve how it runs, train your people, and build the systems your growth depends on. The funding comes with it, because the plan a funder reads and the team that delivers it are the same people.

  • Operations, made faster and measurable
  • Your team, trained on the tools they will use
  • The funding found, opened and applied for alongside

Scoped with you, under its own contract.

Path two

Funding only

You run the business. We match the funding to it, read the rules, clear the walls and prepare the applications, on a fixed monthly retainer you know before we start.

  • Free first reading of where you stand
  • Applications prepared every month on one retainer
  • A commission only if another provider builds what is funded

What funding only costs

Priced so you can stop early.

You know everything we charge before you start, and all of it is written into your agreement.

If the reading says nothing is worth your time, that is the answer, and you have saved a year. We would rather tell you that in a fortnight than bill you for twelve months of applications that were never going to clear.

  1. Step 1 of 3

    Free

    the first reading

    Find out where you stand

A few minutes of questions about your organisation, read against the published rules of public funding programmes. You get the walls that block you, named and explained in plain words.

  2. Step 2 of 3

    $999

    a month, on a 12-month term$1,999 a month on a 3-month term$1,799 a month on a 6-month term$1,599 a month on a 9-month termPrices at the tech fest; normally $2,499 a month on a 12-month term

Apply, once it is worth applying

Two applications a month for any organisation, chosen by Iteranium from your strongest matches, each prepared with you and reviewed by a second qualified person, with no other charge for preparing them. Your reading is kept up to date as your business changes. Priced in your country’s dollars: Canadian for Canadian funding, US for US funding, plus tax. You sign and file every application, and no outcome is guaranteed.

  3. Step 3 of 3

    On award

    agreed before you sign

    Once the money is awarded

If an application is funded, you choose who builds what it pays for: Iteranium, under a separate contract, or another provider, in which case you pay us a commission on the award, set in your agreement before you sign. Delivering the work is path one, Iteranium as your digital transformation partner. Nothing more is charged on an application that is not funded.

Clear the gates. Then launch.

Tell us about your business. We show you what is standing in your way, and what clearing it takes.
